Infinitum Communications LLC ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, company, email address, phone number, billing address
• Usage data: Call records (CDRs), call duration, originating and destination numbers
• Payment data: Processed via PCI-compliant third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers
• Technical data: IP addresses, SIP registration information, browser type

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and manage services, process billing, comply with FCC and E911 regulations, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information)

As a licensed CLEC, Infinitum Communications is subject to federal CPNI regulations under 47 U.S.C. § 222 and FCC rules at 47 CFR § 64.2001 et seq. Your call detail records and network usage information constitute CPNI.

We protect and use CPNI in compliance with applicable FCC rules. Specifically:

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect CPNI from unauthorized access.
• We do not release CPNI to third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law or as permitted under FCC rules for providing your telecommunications service.
• We will not use CPNI for marketing unrelated services without your opt-in approval.
• You may opt out of certain CPNI uses by contacting us at legal@infinitumcom.com with subject line "CPNI Opt-Out."
• Your service will not be affected by your CPNI election.

Annual CPNI Notice: Infinitum Communications LLC provides this annual Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) notice as required by 47 CFR § 64.2009. CPNI is information related to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services, including call records, duration data, and service type information. We may use your CPNI to: (a) provide the services you have contracted; (b) protect you from fraud or unauthorized use; (c) comply with legal obligations. Notice period: January 1 – December 31, 2025.

4. Data Retention

Call records are retained for 18 months as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your personal information and CPNI.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion subject to legal obligations; restrict CPNI use for marketing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
