All users of Infinitum Communications services must comply with the TCPA, the TRACED Act (Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act), and all applicable FCC orders regarding robocall mitigation. Failure to comply may result in immediate service termination and referral to the FCC Enforcement Bureau.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring their end customers comply with this AUP. Resellers must include equivalent AUP provisions in their own customer agreements. Violations by reseller's customers are attributable to the reseller account.
Infinitum Communications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service upon discovery of any AUP violation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into illegal telecommunications activity. Suspended accounts remain responsible for all applicable charges.
