Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Infinitum Communications services. Violations may result in immediate service suspension without notice or refund.

Prohibited Uses

  • Robocalling or auto-dialing without prior express written consent of the called party, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227
  • Caller ID spoofing or misrepresentation of calling party identity in violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227(e)
  • Transmission of unlawful, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent communications
  • Operating a calling platform used primarily to defraud consumers
  • Reselling service to parties known to engage in any of the above
  • Excessive calling patterns consistent with traffic pumping or toll fraud
  • Circumventing STIR/SHAKEN attestation requirements or manipulating call authentication data

TCPA & TRACED Act Compliance

All users of Infinitum Communications services must comply with the TCPA, the TRACED Act (Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act), and all applicable FCC orders regarding robocall mitigation. Users are responsible for maintaining evidence of prior express written consent for any automated or prerecorded calls.

STIR/SHAKEN Compliance

Infinitum Communications implements STIR/SHAKEN call authentication in compliance with FCC mandates. All calls originated on our network receive appropriate attestation levels. Users must not take any action to circumvent, falsify, or manipulate STIR/SHAKEN attestation or call authentication data. Failure to comply may result in immediate service termination and referral to the FCC Enforcement Bureau.

Reseller Obligations

Resellers are responsible for ensuring their end customers comply with this AUP. Resellers must include equivalent AUP provisions in their own customer agreements. Violations by reseller's customers are attributable to the reseller account.

Enforcement

Infinitum Communications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service upon discovery of any AUP violation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into illegal telecommunications activity. Suspended accounts remain responsible for all applicable charges.

Report suspected AUP violations to legal@infinitumcom.com. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
