Infinitum Communications LLC complies with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), 47 U.S.C. §§ 1001–1010, and cooperates with authorized law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

Submitting Legal Process

What to Include

• A valid legal instrument (subpoena, court order, or warrant) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction
• Clear identification of the requesting agency and authorized officer
• Specific account identifiers, phone numbers, or IP addresses subject to the request
• Date range for requested records
• Contact information for the requesting officer

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge receipt of valid legal process within one (1) business day and provide responsive records in accordance with applicable legal deadlines. Emergency requests involving imminent threat to life are prioritized and processed as expeditiously as possible.

Emergency Disclosure

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2702(c)(4), Infinitum Communications may voluntarily disclose records to a governmental entity if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury requires disclosure without delay.

Lawful Intercept

Infinitum Communications maintains CALEA-compliant infrastructure for lawful intercept capabilities as required by 47 U.S.C. § 1002. All wiretap orders must be served through proper legal channels.

Records Preservation

Law enforcement agencies may request preservation of specific account records pending issuance of formal legal process. Preservation requests should be submitted to legal@infinitumcom.com and must identify the specific records to be preserved.
