These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and products provided by Infinitum Communications LLC ("Infinitum Communications," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) operating across multiple states. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Infinitum Communications provides wholesale and retail telecommunications services including Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers, SIP trunking, and hosted VoIP, sourced through our CLEC licenses and carrier interconnect agreements with nationally licensed carriers across the United States.
You agree not to use our services for: (a) unlawful purposes; (b) transmission of spam, unsolicited marketing, or robocalls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); (c) fraud or caller ID spoofing; (d) any activity that violates FCC regulations or applicable state telecommunications law. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately upon suspected violation without liability.
Our VoIP services include Enhanced 911 (E911) capability. You are responsible for registering your physical service address for E911. E911 service may not function during internet or power outages. Infinitum Communications is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from E911 service failure due to factors outside our reasonable control.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Usage charges are billed in arrears. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. Delinquent accounts may be suspended after 30 days. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Service Level Agreement.
We target 99.9% uptime for all services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party carrier failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING THREE (3) MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Infinitum Communications LLC ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We use your data to: provide and manage services, process billing, comply with FCC and E911 regulations, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
As a CLEC, we are subject to FCC CPNI regulations (47 CFR § 64.2001 et seq.). Your call detail records and network usage information constitute CPNI. We protect and use CPNI in compliance with applicable FCC rules. You may opt out of certain CPNI uses by contacting us at [email protected].
Call records are retained for 18 months as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Infinitum Communications services. Violations may result in immediate service suspension without notice or refund.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring their end customers comply with this AUP. Resellers must include equivalent AUP provisions in their own customer agreements. Violations by reseller's customers are attributable to the reseller account.
Report suspected AUP violations to [email protected]. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Infinitum Communications provides Enhanced 911 (E911) service in compliance with FCC regulations (47 CFR § 9.3). This policy explains how E911 works with our VoIP services and your responsibilities.
When you dial 911 from a VoIP line, your call is routed to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) based on your registered service address. Your registered address is transmitted to the PSAP dispatcher.
E911 service will NOT function during: internet service outages, power failures (unless you have backup power), network congestion events. INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE FAILURES DUE TO THESE CONDITIONS.
An E911 service fee of $1.00 per line per month is charged to cover routing and database costs. This fee is mandated by FCC regulations and is passed through at cost.
Infinitum Communications LLC hereby provides its annual Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) notice as required by 47 CFR § 64.2009.
CPNI is information related to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services. This includes call records, duration data, and service type information.
We may use your CPNI to: (a) provide the services you have contracted; (b) protect you from fraud or unauthorized use; (c) comply with legal obligations. We will not use CPNI for marketing unrelated services without your approval.
You have the right to restrict our use of your CPNI for marketing purposes. To opt out, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "CPNI Opt-Out." Your service will not be affected by your CPNI election.
